CANCELLATION OF AN ONLINE ORDER

You can cancel an online order as long as it has not been shipped by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (450) 993-0956 or by e-mail  clients@sabinegaspard.com.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

You must inform us of the problem within 5 days by telephone Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-450-993-0956 or by e-mail  clients@sabinegaspard.com. Please have in your possession or send us any material evidence that may help us understand the nature of the problem (i.e. if it is a breakage, attach a photo). We will agree with you whether or not to return the item. If, at our request, you must return a damaged or defective product, or if you have opted for a replacement, we will assume the cost of returning or shipping the replacement product.
